A big week of updates here at Rubber Duck Software with new versions of both Hooves of Fire and Hooves Reloaded released.

The Hooves of Fire update covers off on a number of player suggestions. The new Freezer Management feature includes the ability to search for specific horses and set horses free directly from the freezer. It is also possible to see if frozen horses are steroided. This feature works hand in hand with the new steroid only/steroid free racing option we added to Private Countries. VIP’s can access the new Freezer Management feature via www.hoovesoffire.com

Hooves Reloaded has released version 2.601 on Android and on the website at www.hoovesreloaded.com. iOS version to follow. The new update adds in a new “Mythic” level racing for horses rated 57-69 as well as Mythic Cup races. A feature to view the parentage of your horses was also added and some tweaks to Cups entry requirements and prize money were made. Full details available here.

We will now be focusing on more additions for Hounds of Fury with the possibility of some minor updates to Hooves of Fire and Hooves Reloaded along the way.

We’ve just added in the ability to gift tokens to your friends via the Hooves of Fire website.

If you have tokens, you can send any amount of them to a friend on your Hooves of Fire website friend list. You also have the option to send 10 tokens to a friend and VIP their account for 30 days.

First of all Hooves of Fire is celebrating its 7th Birthday today! A big thank you to everyone who has made this possible, especially our VIPs and supporters, both past and present.

Both Hooves of Fire and Hooves Reloaded have minor updates released today to coincide with an update to Facebook’s Graph API version 2.0.

Hooves Reloaded:

Includes fixes for Facebook Graph API 2.0. We have also added a new leaderboard for Sales by breeder showing the top horse sellers. Please note: that if a horse that you bred is resold multiple times by other players, each of these sales also count towards your total (hence “Breeder Sales”).

Hooves of Fire:

Includes the implementation of Facebook Graph 2.0 API. We have added some new Private Elite countries for rental (only accessible via www.hoovesoffire.com). For more info on how to rent countries, please see the wiki.

Players must be VIP to enter Elite private countries, but a non VIP player may rent the Private Elite country (only their VIP friends will be able to enter the room).

Also, for players that have been inactive for a period of time and have frozen horses stuck in the freezer, you will be given an offer to unfreeze one of your prized ponies on return to the game, free of charge.

Happy 4th Birthday Hooves Of Fire – Horse Racing Game! A big thank you to all of our VIP’s past and present, players who buy tokens, game cash and support the game by recommending it to their friends, write reviews, post videos, run tournaments and post about Hooves on their Facebook wall – we really appreciate your support and thank you for bringing us this far.

A minor update for Hooves of Fire was completed yesterday, just in time for Hooves of Fire’s 4th Birthday (16th December).

The update had a few player suggested features:  players can now delete horseshoes and saddles from storage using the Blacksmith; Hardcore players received an extra 5 slots of freezer space and we asked players to name some new Hooves of Fire filler horses.  We took the liberty of naming one of the Hooves filler horses “Mister Honey” after we saw a video posted by a Hooves fan on YouTube, it was a bit of a crowd pleaser here at Hooves HQ.

There’s still a couple of little bonuses for players in the next few weeks!
