The latest Hounds of Fury update for Android has added a skill-based training game for your dogs. Instead of passing and failing training based purely on the hound’s ‘trainability’ stat, you will need to pass the mini game to successfully train your hound in strength or endurance.

Having a higher trainability stat or equipment bonuses that enhance training for your hound will make the mini-game easier to pass. If you fail training, you can try again in 5 minutes. Grab the update from the Google Play Store.
